PURCHASE POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!
There are no refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or transfers once the order is placed.
COVID POLICY: No credit or refund will be issued as a result of the ticket purchaser or any person in the party contracting COVID-19/flu or a variant alike. By purchasing tickets to a LSC Event, you understand and agree that tickets are non-refundable and you are assuming the risk that you may not be able to use tickets purchased if you contract COVID-19/flu or variants alike. You further agree that you will not attend any LSC event if you currently have symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to COVID-19 prior to attending, and/or have tested positive for COVID-19 and have not completed the CDC-recommended quarantine period.
TICKET PRICING: All ticket prices are subject to change dynamically based on demand and availability.
ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOR: Intoxication or antisocial behavior is unacceptable. Management & Organizers reserve the right to remove any guest from the venue. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Guests must not, under any circumstances, touch or talk to any of the staff, servers, performers, or other patrons in an inappropriate manner. Management retains absolute discretion to decide what is ‘inappropriate’.
DRESS CODE: The dress code for the occasions / LSC's events are upscale. We kindly request that all attendees dress elegantly and stylishly to enhance the event's ambiance. Please refrain from wearing shorts, athletic wear, flip-flops, sportswear unless advised. Final admittance will be at the discretion of the door host and management.
MEDIA CONSENT: This is a public event that will be covered by a photographer. By entering the event premises, you consent to interviews, photography, audio recording, video recording, and their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, and inclusion on websites, social media, and other offline marketing purposes.
CANCELLATION POLICY : If the event is canceled, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY: By purchasing tickets through Eventbrite, you release and discharge the event Promoter, their officers, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your attendance and participation in the event, including personal injury or property damage. You also agree to indemnify and hold the Promoter harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, related to your participation in the event.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: By agreeing to this Purchase Policy, you consent that any legal disputes with LSC will be resolved through arbitration. The arbitration will take place in Austin, Texas.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Purchase Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified as necessary to make it enforceable, while preserving the intent of the policy and the agreement as a whole.
